Villa Coral is a 3 bedroom Villa with private pool, located within 50 meters from Playa Cristal. This very comfortable villa counts with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - 1 with a bath and another with a shower, a living room and a kitchen – all distributed on the ground floor. It has air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom. Other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans.Villa Coral has a lawn, a big palm tree, beautiful grape plants, that creat shady area in barbecue zone, and other decorative plants.Wifi is included.The house has an alarm with photo detectors. A photo is taken in the case of the alarm. It does not record video.The location is perfect, in the very center of Playa Cristal. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.Parking is free and available on the street. Moreover, there is a free parking area in the private garden. It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00. Villa Sula is located in one of the quietest streets of the most prestigious areas of Miami Playa - Pino Alto, very close to the beach Playa Cristal.
In this zone are the main villas and townhouses of Miami Playa. The proximity of the beach, the silence, the lack of high-rise buildings and apartment blocks provide travelers maximum comfort.
In the house on the ground floor: living room and American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine); living room- windows open out onto the terrace, to the swimming pool and the access to the barbecue area. There are also 2 bedrooms - each with a large German bed consisting of 2 fixed between, a mattress 90x200 cm each, a bathroom with shower.

The house is equipped with air conditioner. The washing machine is in the storage room.
