Riviera is a beautiful villa by the sea. The villa is spacious, modern and comfortable with a private garden. Its location is exceptional - just 15 metres from La Playa de la Porquerola, a fine sand beach with beach bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.
Villa Riviera has 164 m2 distributed across ground floor and first floor, with a private garden of 400 m2 with plants, trees and flowers, as well as a barbecue area. Villa Riviera has 3 bedrooms and is prepared for 7 people. It also has 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living room and a large fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor we have a spacious living room, kitchen, full bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. On the first floor with air conditioning, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a suite bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. From the 30-metre terrace we have a privileged view of the beach. On the terrace and in the garden there are garden furniture. This villa is a great option for families with children.

It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism area, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Das Haus liegt sehr nah zum Meer. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir angeln gerne und gehen am Meer spazieren, es war optimal. Wenn man essen gehen möchte, gibt es dort viele Lokale, wo es ein gutes Essen gibt. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt, da alles nötsee more

Wenn man essen gehen möchte, gibt es dort viele Lokale, wo es ein gutes Essen gibt. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt, da alles nötige von der Ausstattung im Haus soweit vorhanden war. Das Grill am Haus hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Die Agentur hat uns immer in allen Problemfällen sehr geholfen. Alle Unklarheiten, bzw. Die zusätzliche Ausstattung wurde sofort zugestellt, bzw. Erneut.
Wir haben doch die Aufenthalt genossen. Für das Wetter ist keiner verantwortlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall die Agentur Arena weiter empfehlen. |

Beim Regen sammelt sich vor dem Haus auf der Straße ziemlich viel Wasser. Die Stadtverwaltung sollte dafür sorgen, dass das Wasser zum Meer abfliesst. Natürlich kann die Agentur nichts dafür, aber man könnte eventuell die Stadt informieren. |

Второй диван на первом этаже, его можно ставить когда больше жильцов. Мы отдыхали вдвоем, поэтому переносили его в свободную спальню. Вся мебель на одной терассе, так же переносили на вторую. see more

Villa Jazmin is a magnificent villa, in the Pino Alto urbanisation in Miami Playa, situated right in front of a Pine Grove, which makes the stay during summer weeks very pleasant.
It has a private swimming pool, lawn, trees and a barbecue area.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, 1 large living-dining room on two levels with air conditioning, 1 complete bathroom and 2 bedrooms with fans. One bedroom with a double bed 150x200 and the other with two single beds of 90x200.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning.
Master bedroom with a 200X200 bed has access to a terrace with views. The other bedroom has two single beds 90X200. On this floor there is another bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located less than 10 minutes walking. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.

Villa Tina is a terraced house with a private swimming pool. It is located in Pino Alto, 400 metres from Crystal Beach and the seafront promenade. Villa Tina has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and three full bathrooms. The kitchen is new and independent and fully equipped. From the living-dining room, we access the outdoor area with a spacious barbecue area and access to the private pool.
The location of Villa TINA is unbeatable - it is in Pino Alto, in a high-end family residential area. The supermarket and medical centre are 1000 metres away.
