Villa Napoleon is located in the most prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto. In this area, most of the villas of Miami Playa are located. In the proximity of the beach, in silence. The lack of high-rise buildings and apartment buildings, as well as the presence of pine plantations, offers travellers the maximum comfort. For those who come in July and August - the hottest season, it is pleasant to feel an evident coolness that comes from pine plantations in the front.
On the ground floor of the house are a living room with an open dining room with access to an outdoor terrace, a barbecue and a swimming pool (the pool is equipped with an outdoor shower), a modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave). One bedroom with a double bed 150x190, bathroom with shower.
On the first floor you will find: a bedroom with a 180x200 bed and access to the outdoor terrace, another bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a third bedroom with a 160x200 bed. There are 2 bathrooms. One en suite with a shower and another bathroom with a bathtub.
For those travelling with children - we put a wooden fence along the pool - the safety of their children. This service is payable.
There is a garage to park 1 car. If you come with 2 cars, the other can be parked in front of the garage.

They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.

We had a wonderful time in this villa with our three yr old. She loved the pool and we loved that the garden was safe as the house is gated. There's an optional add on of a pool fence as well. The living space is bright and airy and there are lots osee more

The living space is bright and airy and there are lots of options for people to hang out ( including the lovely sun terrace) so I can see how it would be great for bigger numbers as well. It's a few minutes to what seems like an endless beach and the water in September was very warm. It was very quiet with the ongoing Covid pandemic. All the beaches have slides and climbing frames for kids to play on. The communication was excellent throughout and Elvira was so helpful with everything. There are some nice restaurants along the small strip . Limonero is very nice.

- une table de salon de jardin (terrasse) assez grande pour 8 personnes,
- davantage de transats (dommage qu'il n'y en ait que 2 alors que nous sommes 8),

Que cuando tengan que venir a hacer el mantenimiento del jardín y la piscina avisaran 24 h antes para que no suponga una molestia si en ese momento estamos descansando en la casa y no estamos fuera.
