In the house on the ground floor: living room and American kitchen, opening onto an outdoor terrace , a barbecue and a swimming pool (the pool is equipped with a shower), a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle , toaster , microwave, coffee maker), dining room, bedroom with a bed 150x200, bathroom with shower, outdoor parking place.
On the first floor : master bedroom with sea view - bed 180x200, master bedroom suite with access to the outdoor terrace overlooking the pool (shower in the bathroom, bed 180 x 200), 2 guest bedrooms, each with double bed, bathroom with bath.
Air conditioning in the house are in all rooms on the ground floor and in all bedrooms on the first floor.

Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 1 min. walking distance from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.

Villa Mara is a beautiful house with a private pool located in Miami Playa, in the Pino Alto area just 450 metres from Playa Cristal, one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada.Villa Mara is very spacious, with 371 m2 of built-up area on a plot of over 600 m2, it is modern and comfortable, and has been completely renovated in 2023.Villa Mara is decorated in a beautiful, peaceful and tranquil style, and has 5 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.The ground floor has a large, bright living room with a dining area and a table for 10 diners, a seating area and direct access to the porch and garden.
