Riviera is a beautiful villa near the sea. This house is spacious, modern and comfortable with private garden. Its location is exceptional - just 15 meters from the beach Porquerola, a sandy beach with bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is in 2 minutes walking distance.
Villa Riviera has 164 m2 distributed on the ground floor and first floor with a private garden of 400 m2 with plants, trees, flowers, and a barbecue area. Villa Riviera has 3 bedrooms and is prepared for 7 people. There are also 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a large fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor there are a kitchen, living room, bathroom with a shower and bedroom with double bed. On the first floor, with an air conditioning, there are a large bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a bath. From the terrace of 30 meters, we have a privileged view on the beach. On the terrace and in the garden, there is garden furniture. This is a great option for families with children.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.

Das Haus liegt sehr nah zum Meer. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir angeln gerne und gehen am Meer spazieren, es war optimal. Wenn man essen gehen möchte, gibt es dort viele Lokale, wo es ein gutes Essen gibt. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt, da alles nötsee more

Wenn man essen gehen möchte, gibt es dort viele Lokale, wo es ein gutes Essen gibt. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt, da alles nötige von der Ausstattung im Haus soweit vorhanden war. Das Grill am Haus hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Die Agentur hat uns immer in allen Problemfällen sehr geholfen. Alle Unklarheiten, bzw. Die zusätzliche Ausstattung wurde sofort zugestellt, bzw. Erneut.
Wir haben doch die Aufenthalt genossen. Für das Wetter ist keiner verantwortlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall die Agentur Arena weiter empfehlen. |

Schade nur dass der Besitzer des Hauses manche Sachen nicht erneut, zb. Putzwerkzeug, Badastattung, selbst die Einfahrt durch das Tor sollte erneut werden. Wenn man zum Haus ankommt, macht es keinen schönen Eindruck, da das Tor mittelweile sehr abgesee more

Beim Regen sammelt sich vor dem Haus auf der Straße ziemlich viel Wasser. Die Stadtverwaltung sollte dafür sorgen, dass das Wasser zum Meer abfliesst. Natürlich kann die Agentur nichts dafür, aber man könnte eventuell die Stadt informieren. |

Второй диван на первом этаже, его можно ставить когда больше жильцов. Мы отдыхали вдвоем, поэтому переносили его в свободную спальню. Вся мебель на одной терассе, так же переносили на вторую. see more

Villa Jazmin is one of the best rented houses in the area of Pino Alto. Its totally secluded private garden allows you to feel very comfortable and not overlooked. Pine forest right in front of the house provides fresh and cool air even in August.
The house is designed in two floors.
The ground floor consists of: spacious living room with air conditioning, large dining area with direct access to shady terrace; fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, and washing machine. All bedrooms are equipped with inbuilt wardrobes.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed, has access to a terrace with views, the other bedroom has two single beds. On this floor there is another bathroom with a shower and a bath.
At the entrance of the house you will find a large terrace followed by sun terrace, so that you have two options: open den and shaded area were you can have your dinners and breakfasts Al Fresco. The terrace has an access to the house by general entrance, to have a comfortable access to the kitchen, or by living room entrance to the terrace.
Large swimming pool 8x4mts with sun-longes and nice trees give you welcoming shade in summer months. The swimming pool is totally secluded if you wish to sunbathe and swim "au naturelle", you are not overlooked.
Guests will appreciate fully equipped barbecue area.
The closest supermaket is in 5 min. walking distance from the house. Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 7 min. from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.

Villa Tina it is a townhouse with a private pool. Villa Tina is located in Pino Alto 400 meters from Playa Cristal and the beach promenade. Villa Tina has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and three bathrooms. The kitchen is independent, new and is fully equipped. From the living room we access the outdoor area with a large barbecue zone and access to the private pool.
The location of the villa is excellent, it is in Pino Alto, in a family residential area of high standing. The supermarket and medical center a 1000 meters away.
