Casa Martin 18 has three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The common area is spectacular with two pools joined by a waterfall and surrounded beach promenade in the center of Playa Cristal.
On the ground floor, there are: a kitchen, wc, a living-dining room and the terrace with garden furniture. The terrace has an access to the lawn.
On the first floor: 1 master bedroom-suite with its double bed, with its complete bathroom and access to the terrace; 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds; 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds. On the same floor there is another bathroom.
This complex is very advisable for families with babies and children.
Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 1 min. walking distance from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.

COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, transit areas, parking areas,...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations. It is mandatory to respect the regulations.

It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.

Casa Rioja is a semi-detached house, very comfortable, well equipped and with an excellent location in Pino Alto, 350 meters from the beach Playa Cristal.
The house is on the corner and has a very private garden with lawn, trees and barbecue area. From the private garden we reach a quiet communal area with a pool for 10 houses.
The house has three double bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, kitchen, porch and terrace.
On the ground floor there are the living-dining room, the kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub for these 2 rooms.
The house has an alarm with photo detectors. A photo is taken in the case if the alarm. It does not record video.
The community is very quiet and the area is residential, composed of families with children.
