Аpartment in the prestigious complex Los Flamencos in Miami Playa. It has a beautiful front view of the sea and the beach Crystal, terrace - balcony with garden furniture.
The apartment has an American kitchen, living room with a sofa-bed for 2 persons, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances.
Parking space for a medium-sized car (460x215)
The common pool and garden-lawn. Access to the beach is from the pool area (in addition from the main output).

COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, transit areas, parking areas,...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations. It is mandatory to respect the regulations.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival. (to introduce the photo of ID card or passport in our system).
In the interest of proper coexistence, the hours designated for rest must be respected. From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. noise and shouting must be avoided, the volume of television sets or music players or similar must be limited and, in general, any activity that disturbs or annoys the rest of the neighbours must be limited. The noise limitation is expressly referred to in the Miami Platja Acoustic Limitation Law. For not respecting this law, the agency has the right to not return the deposit.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.

Siempre he veraneado en Miami y hace 14 años que lo hago en Los Flamencos. Para nosotras es importante las vistas al mar y a la piscina y poder disfrutar de toda la zona ajardinada. Es un alojamiento familiar, muy tranquilo y nada masificado. Mucha osee more

En un alojamiento la limpieza de cocina y baño tiene que ser impecable y algún año, como este, no lo ha sido.
La piscina la hemos encontrado muy dejada: los bordes sucios y el agua turbia.

Parking couvert, les places sont trop étroites
Climatisation dans cet appartement, il fallait vider des bouteilles d’eau suite à l’évacuer sinon nous avions de l’eau qui coulait du climatiseur
