Description
The complex is located in front of the beach Arenal, a great place to spend a perfect holiday. The community area is very spacious with a large green zone, a swimming pool for adults and another for the children. The house is just in 50 meters from the beach and from the terrace we have beautiful views onto the sea. Casa Arenal has a closed garage for two cars with direct access to the house (included in the price). On the ground floor there are a living room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. From the living room we access the outdoor area with barbecue and private access to the community pool. This floor also has a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one single) and 2 full bathrooms. The upper floor is completely private and has a large double bedroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
The house is modern and professionally decorated. It has everything you need to spend a comfortable and quiet holiday. The house has air conditioning and wi-fi.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.

Nos han gustado las piscinas y la tranquilidad que en ellas había. Mucha educación del resto de turistas. Decoración de la casa sobretodo cuadros, parking espacioso.

Debería haber mando apertura puerta exterior parking. Poco cesped en piscina. Limpieza en general quizá tengan poco tiempo para llegar a todo. La recepción fue poco afortunada por parte de la persona que la hizo pocos conocimientos y muchas prisas . see more
